A parent’s child and team stay on the parent’s own phone.How it works
- You send the schedule for the programs your club runs itself: grassroots, house league, juniors, skills sessions. Whatever form it’s in.
- We publish it, usually the same day, and tell you exactly what went in: how many games, which teams, and any row we couldn’t read, so nothing is dropped quietly.
- Parents ask. “When’s Oliver’s game?” “Where is it?” “Is Saturday still on?” Every answer names your club as the source and says when the schedule was last updated, so they know how fresh it is.
- Something changes? Send the updated file, or a one-line email. We reload it and every parent who asks gets the new answer. A cancelled game is shown as cancelled, never silently removed.
What to send
Any of these works as it is:
- A spreadsheet or CSV, including an export from PowerUp, TeamLinkt, TeamSnap, RAMP or Spordle.
- A PDF with the schedule laid out as a table.
- Our template, if you’re starting from scratch: club-schedule-template.csv.

Please write dates as 2026-11-07 or Nov 7 2026. A date like 03/04 can be read two ways, so we’ll ask rather than guess.
What we promise
- We quote, we never infer. A game appears exactly as you published it. We don’t invent an end time, move a time zone, or fill a blank from other rows. A blank time is shown as “not published yet”.
- Every answer is credited and dated: “published by your club, last updated 14 November”.
- An empty day is never reported as a free day. If we hold nothing for a team on a date, the answer says so and points the parent back to you.
- No children’s names. Your schedule is matched to a team name. A parent’s child and team are stored on their own phone and never sent to us.
- It’s yours. We don’t sell or share your schedule, and if you ask us to take it down, it’s gone the same day.
- Your club listing doesn’t depend on it. Every club stays listed whether or not it takes part, and nothing here buys ranking or placement.
What it costs
Free for the 2026-27 indoor season. From outdoor 2027, a small seasonal fee sized to your club, which we agree with you before anything is charged. If it isn’t worth it to you by then, you simply stop.
Where it already works
The assistant already answers from published league schedules for youth soccer in Winnipeg and on southern Vancouver Island, and from Calgary’s adult league. Try it on the Ask page or in the iOS app.
